Optional ideas for the free Christmas Gift Tags!
Christmas Gift Tag Ideas for decorating both sides of gift tags:
- After printing the free Christmas gift tags, before cutting out, print the blank side of the paper using a Christmas Design craft sheet, which can be found on our sites and other free printables sites. Consider checking out our Christmas Blog where Kimberly posts about our free printables and other free printables found on different websites.
- Another idea to print a design on the blank side of the Christmas tags is to print the gift tags on Christmas scrapbooking paper. You can review our tutor, which is made for free printable cards, but the principle is the same. Here’s how: Cards With Scrapbook Paper.
- Have a family fun day by using glue, glitter and scrap Christmas wrapping paper to decorate the blank side of the tags. Be sure to decorate before you cut out the individual gift tags.
Use a hole-punch to make a hole in the upper left corner of the gift tag, then use ribbon to attach the tag to your package, or tie the gift tag around the handle of a gift bag. You can also make a donut of tape, put on the back of the gift tag, and stick the gift tag directly onto a box, or other gift wrap.
This is an example of the free printable Christmas Gift Tags showing where you can see the spot we typed in the first gift tag. The watermark does not print on the actual free printable.
