To play the game: Print out the whole game and do not look at the last page (it is the answer key, so save it for when you have finished playing the game). Fill in the blanks, using the list of words provided. One word fits in each line (up or down). Use the filled-in letters as clues. When you fill in a word, cross off that word on the word list. Each word appears only once.

Basic Instructions for use as a party game, whether this free fill-in game is for adults (such as at a baby shower) or children's party game:

1. Print the entire Basketball Dunk Fill-in Words Game for Kids. Keep the answer key and give a copy of  puzzle (and word list if on separate page) to each guest who is playing the game.
 
2. To play the game, have the guests fill in the blanks using the list of words. Use the filled-in letters as clues.
 
3. As they fill in a word,  they should cross off the word on the word list. Each word appears in the puzzle only once.

Hint for party game: You can set your printer to print only the needed pages such as the puzzle or puzzle and word list to save on paper. This way you only have to print one or fewer copies of the answer key. If your printer is also a copier, then print the whole game, with the answer key, but make copies of the puzzle and word list to hand out to the guests.
