What can you win? Win any one shirt shown on Moms Break Win a Happy Halloween Shirt. You can pick any one shirt on this page only, choose the size and color (depending on availability listed by each shirt). Winner will be contacted October 13th and must reply by choosing a shirt no later than October 16th, 2007 midnight (Eastern Time, ET) in order to get your shirt before Halloween 2007. 30 shirts to choose from!

How to win: Visit Halloween Pumpkin Decorative Letters, then use these pumpkin letters in a craft project. Just have fun and be creative with the pumpkin letters. Take a picture(s) of your craft project and email the picture(s) to Moms Break at the email address listed under the rules no later than midnight ET October 12th, 2007. You can provide instructions for how you did your craft project with the picture(s), but this is not required to win. Scanned-in craft project instructions will be accepted. Picture(s) should be in jpg, png, or gif format. Any other picture formats will not be opened and entered in the contest. You are responsible for all craft projects materials other than the free printable Halloween pumpkin letters. All picture(s) and/or instructions may be used online even if not the winning entry; please see rule 2.

Who wins: We will be picking one child (under age 12) and one adult winner. Please include child's age with child's entry so that age can be taken in consideration when judging the entries.

Important: Please include an email address and phone number that you can be reached at if you win. Moms Break, Inc. will not release or share any emails address or phone number. This information is ONLY used to contact you if you win.

Rules & Information:

1. If a child does the design, then please include the child's age. We will be awarding one child and one adult winner. Child winner is under age 12. We will take child's age into consideration when judging. Entries from children over 12  and adults will be judged in one group. If no age is added then the entry will automatically be assumed an adult and judge as an adult entry.

2. By entering the contest you are giving Moms Break, Inc. the rights to show any submitted picture online, so please do not show people in your craft unless that person understand that his/her picture may be shown online. By submitting a picture including a person's face (or any part of a person, such as hands), you are agreeing to allow that person's picture to appear online. All permission to include a person's picture will be implied through submission of that picture. Any instructions provided with the craft may also be shown online. Submissions of craft instructions imply your permission to use them online. Not all pictures and/or instructions will be shown online; however, many will be. All rights to the pictures and instructions will be transferred to Moms Break, Inc. when submitted as contest entries and Moms Break, Inc. retains all legal rights the pictures and instructions once they are submitted.

3. Moms Break, Inc. will NOT release any personal information to anyone. You will only need to submit only your email and phone number so that we can contact you if you win. If you win, we will need a mailing address in order to ship the shirt. Moms Break, Inc. will never share or sell any information on anyone or add you to any mailing list. We hate spam and junk mail ourselves and would not want anyone else to get junk they do not want. We strongly believe in privacy rights.

4.We only accept pictures in jpg, png, or gif picture format. Optional instructions should be copied-and-pasted to the email body. Scanned-in craft projects will be accepted if in jpg, png, or gif format so that you can enter if you do not have a digital camera. If you have neither a digital camera nor scanner, you can use a scanning service at a local store.

5.Each person or family is limited to five entries per contest.

6.Submissions must be emailed no later than midnight ET, of date listed above for the current contest.

7.Submissions are only accepted by email.

8. If you win, you must reply with your pick of any one shirt at page listed above along with the size and color depending on available listed by each shirt.  Order your shirt by of date listed above for the current contest midnight ET in order to get your shirt before Holiday or date listed above. Moms Break, Inc. is an United States-based company. International shipping could take up to 14 days and the package may not arrive by of date listed above for the current contest. We will do our best to get you the package by promised date, but cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to carrier delays or for reasons outside of the control of Moms Break, Inc.

9. Moms Break, Inc. contest panel will pick the winner based the creativeness of the craft project. All decisions all final and cannot be contested.

10.Only projects sent to the below email address will be eligible. Projects sent to any other Moms Break, Inc. email address will not be entered.

11.Moms Break, Inc. will cover all shipping charges for the shirt.

12.For the legal needs: Moms Break, Inc. is held blameless for all problems resulting from participating in this contest, such as, but not limited to, contest submissions being lost or undelivered, ordering the wrong size garment, shipment of the prize being delayed or lost in transit, or developing skin problems due to material content of the garment or any damage to shirt in cleaning process or general wear and tear. HOWEVER: It is very hard to pick a shirt size online and once in a while a shirt printed by Cafepress prints incorrectly. In that case, Moms Break, Inc. will work with the winner within reasonable limits to get the correct size or correct printed image shipped to you without charge to you.

13.Moms Break, Inc. is not responsible for the quality or performance of any products or for mistakes, problems, or errors made when printing or during any process of doing Moms Break, Inc. printable crafts, projects, or any other downloadable free printables.

14.Moms Break, Inc. reserves the right to change and update these rules as needed to fit the situation.

15.Moms Break, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason.

16. Moms Break, Inc. does not have to award prize(s) if winner(s) do not reply to three email notifications and two phone call attempts within one month after the end of each contest. Moms Break, Inc. is not responsible for emails not being received due to spam filters that send winning notifications to spam or junk boxes or unanswered or checked voice mails.
